Studio Policies
Class Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the start of class or within 15 minutes of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be credited.
Workshops & Special Events:
Workshop and special event registrations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packages, workshops, special events, gift cards, or retail purchases.
If you are unable to use your purchase, please contact us. While refunds are not available, we may, at our discretion, issue a studio credit that can be applied toward a future purchase. Studio credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Memberships:
Memberships may only be placed on hold for verified medical reasons. Requests to cancel a membership must be submitted in writing by emailing info@ritualvibesyoga.com. Membership cancellations are subject to the terms of your membership agreement.
Buddy Pass Policy:
Memberships that include buddy passes may only use each buddy pass once per guest. The purpose of the buddy pass is to introduce friends and family to our yoga community and allow them to experience the benefits of practicing with us.
