  • Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Candlelight yoga is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. Set to music and completely lit by candles, this soulful, slower-paced restorative yoga class clears your energy by balancing your mind and body. Candlelight and mindful meditation allows your mind to achieve a deeper meditation enhanced by the darkness. This practice is suitable for all levels -- especially for beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and athletes looking for muscle recovery.

  • Chromatic Vinyasa Yoga

Each class provides an all levels systematic and intentional approach to understanding your body and mind. Through physical or thematic 'through-lines', you'll be guided towards a peak posture with attention to muscle activation and focused stretching, all while exploring relatable yogic philosophy. With a focus on smaller steps leading toward greater outcomes that work for you specifically, you will be skillfully led through challenges that foster growth on and off the mat.

  • Foundations of Yoga

Perfect for those new to yoga, looking to deepen their practice, or rediscover the key postures and flow of yoga. We will explore the foundations of yoga with emphasis on breath, mindful movement, postures, functional mobility, and more. You will have the space to explore poses and breath, ask questions, and settle into a sequence appropriate for you. Whatever your goals and experience with the practice, the more you attend the stronger the foundation you will build.

  • HIIT and Sculpt

In this 60 minute class, Chloe will lead you through bodyweight based movements to both get your heart rate and body temp elevated to work on your cardio, but also engage full body through strength, toning, and core based movements to completely challenge your full body in this fully fitness based class.

  • Morning Gratitude Yoga

Tune into your body with this mindful flow that combines Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles. This sweet, grounded practice encourages self-care and body-awareness through heat-building, flowing, and centered movement. Expect a combination of Pranayama, challenging yet accessible sequences, and refreshing, meditative movement. Each class is an opportunity to be intentional, grounded, and connected to mind, body, and heart.

  • Power Yoga

Power yoga is an all levels class with a strong focus on full poses, full breaths, poses (asanas) and transitions. Muscles will be engaged to protect joints, which produces a stronger, more flexible body and mind.

  • Slow Flow

If you're someone who suffers from "monkey brain," this class is for you! In a typical Slow Flow class, you will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Vinyasa Flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing overall peace and calm in both the body and mind (thus strengthening your mind-body connection). We hold poses for longer stretches of time, taking several rounds of breath in each pose instead of moving to each breath. You will leave class feeling completely relaxed and renewed with a deeper connection to your body. Though this class is slower and as physically challenging as a typical Flow class, it will challenge your mind- thus making you more "mindful.”

  • Vinyasa Yoga

In Vinyasa Yoga, breath is synchronized with flowing and dynamic movements to transition between sustained postures. Using the breath (pranayama) to flow from one asana (pose/posture) to the next, no one class is the same and follows the style of the teacher. This class is an open level class suitable for all levels.
